The contents are brand new and still second-to-none however, these bottles and/or lids have some sort of cosmetic imperfection.  This could include but is not limited to a chip or scratch in the paint, imperfect printing on the bottle, a lid that doesn't screw on and off as easily as it should etc.  These imperfections do not compromise the quality of the polish inside the bottle.
